You are cordially invited to submit an abstract of a research for presentation either orally or as a poster.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT
A maximum of TWO abstracts are allowed to be submitted for one registration fee.
All presenting authors are required to register for IBCAMH2025. Please refer to the Registration page for details. The fee payment can be made during registration or no later than 26th September 2025. Abstracts may be withdrawn if payment is not received by this deadline.
Abstracts are to be submitted in English only.
All abstracts must be prepared using this template (for original research or reviews) or this template (for case reports) and submitted via the abstract submission system on this page (please scroll down).
The closing date for submission is 19th August 2025 at 23:59 hours (MYS time, GMT+8), and the notification of acceptance and decision for oral or poster presentation will be provided starting from 29th August 2025.
Participants must indicate their preference for oral or poster presentation. However, the decision to assign participants' type of presentation is solely at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Case reports are only accepted for poster presentation.

SELECTED ABSTRACTS
The abstracts that are selected for oral and poster presentation will receive notification of acceptance starting from 29th August 2025.

Selected oral presentation abstracts that are deemed to be of exceptional quality will be invited to submit the full article for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal. The manuscript will go through another round of peer review, and all submissions have to conform to the journal’s guidelines and requirements.
All accepted manuscripts will be published in a supplementary issue of the selected journal.
All decisions by the Scientific Committee are final.
